We raised Four Horned Jacob Sheep, Tunis, Merino, Coopworth, Romney, and Romney/Finn crosses for their handspinning fleeces. I sheared the sheep with the help of my oldest son.

OUR COOPWORTHS...


Sunji, our Coopworth ram and he was a lovely silver The second photo is Sunji after being sheared.


The creme/white Coopworth is Mary. She was a lovely ewe with gorgeous wool


This was our ewe Silver and her wool is a very soft silver.

This is Rambo, our 4 horned Jacob ram, and the second photo is a naked Rambo after he is sheared.




Patches was our Jacob ewe.


This is Patches' and Rambo's baby, Vaca. She has lovely symetrical facial markings. And the second photo is Vaca sheared.


This a picture of shearing Vaca's wool. As the fleece is lifted away, one can see the pure black markings.
