RED LAMUYO - (Capsicum annum) - french - These are very very long bell peppers that start out the normal deep green and mature to a dark gorgeous red. Sweet. Very easy to grow.

HEALTHY
- (Capsicum annum) - From Russia - 70 days, First introduced to US in 1993. Plants are about 2 feet tall and are covered with this fruit. A very nice non bell shaped sweet red pepper.


AURORA - (Capsicum annum) - medium Hot 65 days - Small little dwarf plants produce this incredibly HUGE crop of little super hot peppers. Peppers ripen at different times so the little bushes are covered with all different colors from yellow to orange to red to pepper. Very pretty, and very edible.

ZENTESI - (Capsicum annum) - 90 days, good yields of large red - orange fruits which taper to a point. A little more pungent than just sweet. From Fovam Ter, Budapest, Hungary


BULGARIAN CARROT - (Capsicum annum) 75 days - hot - Very productive short little 12 inch plants. It is very pretty to see them covered with their golden orange peppers.


ROUMANIAN RAINBOW - (Capsicum annum) - very sweet and pretty. Change colors as they mature from light white or buff colors to orange and then red. Very good production.

OT CHI THIEN - (Capsicum annum) HOT -- 75-85 days, These plants are prolific producers of Red long pointy, hanging HOT peppers. They ripen early in about 75-85 days and are extremely hot. The plants grow to about 2 1/2 feet and continue to produce until frost. Another great Thai pepper that is longer and larger than the Thai Hot that I sell. The peppers in the picture have just been strung to dry. This is how they look after they have been strung on string to dry for a couple of weeks.


HINKELHATZ - (Capsicum annum) 75 days, (AKA Chicken Heart) A very old and rare Pennsylvania Dutch variety, that is the size and shape of chicken heart. These are very HOT, and used in pickling, salsas, etc. Although they are very hot they do not have that nasty taste of the Habanero. The plants are about a foot tall and 1 1/2 feet wide. Dates to pre- 1880.

MENNONITE WEAVER STUFFING PEPPER - (Capsicum annum) --These are a cute little pepper used for stuffing. Traditionally a teaspoon of cream cheese filling or such is popped into the cavity. Old Pennsylvania Heirloom saved by Mr. Weaver.

PUSA JWALA - 85 days (Capsicum annum) These peppers are prolific producers of extremely HOT, bright red peppers. These long thin pointy shaped peppers ripen in about 85 days and are extremely hot but don't have that nasty sulfuric taste of the Habanero. The plants grow to about three feet tall and continue to produce until frost. From INDIA. The peppers in the picture have just been strung to dry. This is how they look after they have been drying for a couple of weeks.

AMISH PIMIENTO PEPPER A great heirloom from the Amish. This is that old fashioned pepper used for stuffing and paprika. Used extensively in Pennsylvania Dutch cooking.

ORANGE THAI – HOT - ( Capsicum annum) 80 days, < These peppers are prolific producers of BRIGHT orange long thin HOT peppers. These ripen early and are extremely hot. The plants grow to about 2 or 2.5 feet and the fruit is orange in about 80 days and ready to knock your socks off. The peppers in the picture are about 1/2 dried and wrinkled so this is NOT how they look on the bush. This is how they look after they have been strung on string to dry for a couple of weeks.
