Interior deep, reddish-green color. Sweet. 10-12 oz. Darker in hot weather. Prone to cracking, slow to germinate. Heirloom from Black Sea of Russia.

click to see fullsized photo BLACK PRINCE - Indeterminate - 70 days – Black – Regular Leaf. These are a medium sized tomato that is more heart shaped than round, but with a soft rounded blossom end. My plants were cover with the fruit and each one was beautiful! They are a purplish brown with green shoulders. The appearance was very different from some of my other blacks, but the taste was just as wonderful. I think that the blacks may taste more strongly of tomato than reds, so I always make sure to pop some in each batch of salsa. Originally from Irkutsk, Siberia.

This plant achieved an incredibly heavy production of 3 oz oval deep mahogany red fruit with slightly green shoulders. They have the same wonderful sweet complex flavor of the Black Krim and Black Plum. From Moldovia.

KARALEROVO PLUM - Indeterminate - 82 days – Black- Cherry. This is a really ice little pear shaped plum tomato that looks and acts just like Black Plum. However, this is the name it was imported with.

The fruit is a medium sized beefsteak but is more oblate than round in shape. Small plants produce these slightly ribbed 8 – 12 ounce fruits. From Estonia.

Looked a lot like a cross between Black Prince and a Black Krim to me, and had the same characteristics. I got two different shapes off the same plant.

Huge, vigorous plant. 12-18 oz, light green, beefsteak type fruit with slight pinkish blush on blossom end. Pulp is light green with bright green gel. Excellent flavor and texture, good slicer or for salads. An outstanding green variety. Great production.

EMERALD EVERGREEN (AKA Emerald or Evergreen) - BEEFSTEAK - Indeterminate - 72 days – Green – Regular Leaf. Mild, firm, solid, med to large. Oblate and oblong beefsteak shape. Bright green flesh, skin has a slight yellow tinge when ripe. Makes a lovely green salsa. Good for frying or canning

GREEN GRAPE - Determinate - 70 days – Green - Regular Leaf. 3/4-1" fruit. Yellow-green when ripe. Short compact plant. Sweet, juicy and prolific.

click to see fullsized photo GREEN VELVET - BEEFSTEAK - Indeterminate - 80 days – Green / Orange – Regular Leaf. This is a really different tomato. The outside is a strange color of orange overlaid with green, or vice versa. Inside it is a beautiful lime green throughout. It has a simply wonderful flavor and I would recommend it to anyone willing to try a different colored tomato. The production of this plant was enormous and the taste superb, so it is highly recommended! In slices, it would be a beautiful EDIBLE green garnish. They are a medium beefsteak.

Very good flavor and juice content, orange/yellow flesh with red bi-colored mottling or streaks. Meaty Beefsteak type. Not seedy or dry.

ISIS CANDY CHERRY - Indeterminate - 90 days – Striped – Regular Leaf. 2" red fruits with yellow blush. Marbled red and gold interior. Juicy with an excellent sweet fruity flavor. Very good production. An excellent bi-color cherry. This was released by the industry before it was fully stablized so there is some variation in size on the vine.

MARIZOL GOLD - BEEFSTEAK - Indeterminate - 85 days – Bicolor – Regular Leaf. Deep gold with red blush on blossom end and red streaks throughout flesh. Flat, ribbed, 1-2 lbs. Joe Bratka's grandfather brought it to American in late 1800's from the Black Forest region of Germany. Seeds may germinate in over-ripe fruit. Heirloom. Seed Packet is 10 Seeds

click to see fullsized photo MARY ROBINSON’S GERMAN BICOLOR - Indeterminate - 80 days – Bicolor – Regular Leaf. Good yield of large sized tomatoes. This is a beautiful tomatoe with its red and yellow coloring. It was a beefsteak that was slightly pointed at the blossom end, but not quite an oxheart shape. It is definitely different from the other beefsteak bicolors. Good flavor, pretty much blemish free, VERY nice.
