Indeterminate - 74 days – Red. 8 oz, not very acidic, meaty, few seeds.

AZURE PASTE – Determinate - 78 days – Regular Leaf.
Fruit is 2" oval plum/paste type with orangish/yellowish
skin, and red fruit inside. Prolific yields with a good flavor. Bush

Determinate - 70 days – Red. Compact plants, prolific. 4-6 oz. Resistant to
cracking, excellent for paste, canning or juice. Can also
be grown in containers.

Short 3 foot vines. Plum to heart shaped, red, meaty

- Indeterminate - 80 days – Red. Long Pepper shaped type, red, much thicker across than the other pepper shaped ones that I grow. EXCELLENT keeper, imported straight from Germany from R. Kraft. Probably should be steak since mine fell over from the
weight of the tomatoes! The fruit is about 2.5 inches
long with a small pointed end. Very nice flavor. Origin
is Western Africa. Very RARE. Seed Packet is 10 seeds.

PIRKSTINE ORANGE PASTE - Indeterminate – 80 days - Orange. These
were about three inches long and
similar to a hot wax pepper in shape, long and pointy. A very
pretty orange color and could be easily used as a paste to make a wonderful orange colored tomato sauce. From
Latvia. __________________________________________________________________ PIRKSTINE YELLOW PASTE - Indeterminate – 80 days – Yellow. These are the same as the Pirkstine Orange, but they are a lovely yellow instead of orange. From Latvia. PLUM LEMON
Indeterminate - 95 days – Yellow. Bright
yellow lemons that are really tomatoes. 4-6 oz. Citrus flavored, solid, paste-like, a caterer's
dream for garnish. Collected in 1991 from Old Seedsman in
Moscow.

POWER'S HEIRLOOM - Indeterminate- 80 days – Yellow.
Clear yellow large paste. Weighs 5-7 oz. and
measures about 3.5" long. Very productive and
pretty. Sweet, juicy, and fragrant. From Scott County in
far Southwest, Virginia. Seed Packet is 10 seeds.

QUIGLEY'S ITALIAN PASTE - Indeterminate - 95 days – Red.
Very late, but heavy producing paste. Mike Quigley
obtained the seed from his Italian neighbor who had been
growing it for many years in New Jersey. Origin: Italy. Seed packet is 10 seeds.

Very large, blocky, pear-shaped tomatoes, prolific.
About 4" long. Vigorous plants, well adapted to
extremes in temperature. 8-12oz.

SANTORINI PASTE -
Indeterminate - 75 days – Red- Regular Leaf. It has a tremendously high yield of 4 ounce
red, seedy flat-ribbed fruit. Good flavor. From the
Island of Santorini in Greece. RARE.

SHEBOYGAN - Indeterminate - 80 days – Pink – Regular Leaf.
This is a very pretty pointed pink
paste that is very different from all the other pastes
that I grow. (Difficult to germinate. I recommend starting them in moist paper towels, in a ziploc baggie in a warm place. Check every day after 6 days. ) Grown since early 1900's in Sheboygan, WI by
Lithuanian immigrants. Seed Packet is 10 seeds.

TOM PATTI'S ITALIAN PASTE - Indeterminate - 85 days – Red.
Great tasting red, solid, heart shaped tomatoes.
Great production. Seed was brought back from Italy by Tom
Patti in the early 1960's. Has been a local favorite ever
since. Similar to Amish Paste, but has a better taste. Seed packet is 10 seeds.

TUSCANINI - Indeterminate - 85 days – Red – Regular Leaf. This plant bears a very large paste
tomato with very few seeds. It is meaty and tastes great
and weighed about 12 oz.
